Some of Kyle Richards co-stars don’t know what to make of her health regime. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has cut alcohol, is eating clean, and works out daily and it’s been quite the topic of conversation.
Sutton Stracke, for one, thinks the lifestyle change is indicative of bigger issues in Kyle’s life. She’s approached the actress’s overhaul negatively. But Kyle insists that her decisions are positive ones with vast benefits to her life, including weight loss.
Kyle has reached an ideal weight
Kyle told exclusively told Us Weekly that she chose to activate her body after hitting her “heaviest” of 132 pounds during a vacation in Italy last year.
The former child star revealed that a combination of hiking, spinning, running, weight lifting, and hot yoga had her lose a total of 15 pounds. But at an ideal weight of 117, Kyle is not looking to dip further.
“I need to change up my workouts because my body has become accustomed,” she revealed of her work out strategy.
“I have this trainer — @corygfitness on Instagram — and he’ll email me a routine. You have to keep changing it constantly, otherwise the progress will halt,” Kyle added.
As for what she puts in her body, Kyle has a protein shake in the morning and only snacks on apples paired with peanut butter or string cheese. To fill out a meal, the RHOBH original star opts for fish and grilled chicken options.
“I like eating at home so I know what’s going into my food,” she said of her food transparency.
She DEFINITELY didn’t take Ozempic, okay?
Kyle has repeatedly denied using Ozempic. In fact, the reality TV star is baffled as to why there is so much negativity regarding her weight loss.
“I don’t understand why doing something good for you is looked down upon. I was up at 5 o’clock; why wouldn’t I do something that makes me feel good and gives me energy?” Kyle asked of her daily workouts.
“Maybe it’s a reflection of something they don’t like about themselves,” she added.
Kyle is very happy with her “feel-good body” and also credits its health with cutting alcohol out of her life as of July 15, 2022.
