Kyle Richards has been on a journey during Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She is sober, committed to staying fit and healthy, and has a new bestie, Morgan Wade. Do you know what else Kyle has? Problems in her marriage to Mauricio Umansky.
Kyle honored her best friend, Lorene Shea, with a celebration of life event. Sadly, Lorene took her own life. But while Kyle’s friends, RHOBH co-stars, and family were there, her husband wasn’t. In her confessional, Kyle explained, “Mo can’t be here because he had to go out of town for business. Had this been a few years ago, I would have really relied on him on a night like tonight.”
In an official preview for RHOBH Season 13, Episode 12, Sutton Stracke shared her feelings about Mauricio skipping Kyle’s event. Check out the preview below.
Sutton doesn’t approve of Mauricio missing Kyle’s emotional event
Kyle visited Sutton at home. Thank heavens this time we aren’t hearing the phrase “name ’em” on repeat. Sutton was concerned about Kyle and asked her how she was doing after the event the previous night. Kyle felt good about it.
Of course, Sutton asked why Mauricio wasn’t there. “He was in Mexico City,” Kyle replied. “He was in Aspen, then Mexico City.”
Not good enough for Sutton. “I’m not accepting the excuse that Mo is giving. Unless you are in the hospital, or dead in a ditch, you show up for your wife, and your wife’s dead, best friend’s family,” Sutton stated in her confessional. AMEN!
In case you have been pining away for Mauricio, Kyle said that he is attending an event soon. “He will be there at The Homeless Not Toothless event,” Kyle said. Then Sutton and Kyle spent a few minutes trying to figure out the exact name of the charity.
Finally, Sutton told Kyle that Annemarie Wiley needed to stop discussing Sutton’s medical condition. “Shut up about my esophagus. You leave my esophagus alone, okay?” Sutton remarked. At Kyle’s event, this Georgia peach invited her co-stars on a trip to Barcelona. But she didn’t want to invite the newbie. Too late! Sutton invited the whole group, including Annemarie. So, Annemarie needs to practice giving an apology to Sutton.
I also think that Mauricio better start practicing an apology for Kyle. That wasn’t cool.
