Bethenny Frankel has shared some thoughts on Kate Middleton amid the publicity scare surrounding the Princess. With Christmas as the last time Kate was seen in public, the internet has run rampant with speculation.
While internet users claim that Kate was dressed as The Unknown in the Glasgow Willy Wonka Experience, Kensington Palace reports that Kate is doing fine. The Palace reported that Kate underwent abdominal surgery in January and has simply been recovering ever since.
The Palace further reported that Kate would likely be fully recovered shortly after Easter, and they would not be giving any updates in the meantime. Bethenny, meanwhile, has felt even more respect for the Royal Family member during this time.
Bethenny says Kate is “comfortable” yet “introverted”
On the Thursday episode of her podcast, the former Real Housewives of New York star was discussing women who were lowkey. “I love Beyoncé,” she said. “She’s so elegant, so fierce, so classy, so talented. Like some people just do it right and she’s not thirsty. There’s just a difference between someone who you know is desperate and thirsty and someone who’s not.”
Bethenny also credited Middleton as another celebrity who wasn’t “thirsty” for attention. “Princess Kate is not thirsty; she’s comfortable in her own skin. I mean, sometimes she can be a little shy, a little introverted, and so maybe she wasn’t always comfortable in her own skin, but I feel like she’s just like really gotten there.”
It wouldn’t be the first time Bethenny praised Kate in such a way. In a TikTok late last year, Bethenny commented on The Crown, saying, “Has anyone ever been a better queen to be? A better princess? Like, flawless. Like, I’m grading your princess test and I’m giving you an A+ plus extra credit.”
