For years, we’ve all had questions about PK Kemsley’s financial situation. Does he really have all of that money that Dorit Kemsley makes it seem like he has? Now that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple is heading for divorce, all of that information is about to come to the surface. At least, we hope so.
Dorit filed for divorce last week after photos surfaced of PK kissing Amazing Race alum Shana Wall. Based on what we’ve seen on RHOBH, it’s easy to assume that Dorit would be headed for a life full of alimony checks. However, a new report suggests that PK might be the one cashing in on this divorce.
Could PK Kemsley use divorce to go after Dorit Kemsley’s Bravo and RHOBH paychecks?

The Sun spoke to Ronald Richards, who RHOBH fans will remember as the attorney who obsessively talked about Erika Jayne’s legal troubles on social media. Now, he’s shifted his focus to Dorit. He warned that the fashionista could be in for a difficult legal battle.
Ronald explained to the outlet how PK’s financial history seemed murky. He’s had a history of bankruptcy, and there have been highly publicized stories about his extensive gambling debts. Dorit, on the other hand, has had a reliable salary coming from Bravo since she joined RHOBH in 2016.
“I think Dorit’s salary is highly visible, and PK has passive investments,” Ronald said of the couple’s financial situation.
Throughout the divorce process, PK could be forced to disclose the details of his finances, whether they’re overseas or coming from somewhere in the United States. If he can’t produce any evidence that he has money, Ronald explained that it could all fall back on Dorit.
“Any Housewives IP is community property,” Ronald explained to the outlet. “If PK doesn’t have cash, Dorit could even have to pay for his attorney.”
Of course, this is all speculation from an attorney who spends no fewer than forty hours a week firing off social media posts about every Housewives legal scandal under the sun. For now, the only thing we know for sure about this divorce filing is that Dorit wants sole legal and physical custody of their children, along with spousal support.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
