Lauren Manzo, daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Caroline Manzo, is weighing in on some comments about Tommy Manzo made recently by her cousin and Dina Cantin’s daughter Lexi Ioannou. She shared her thoughts on social media in two TikTok videos.
Lauren made it clear that she “never wanted to have to address” the Manzo family drama in public. She said that she didn’t speak on what happened between Dina and ex-husband Tommy because it impacts “both sides” of their family. Lexi, on the other hand, doesn’t seem to have a problem calling out family members.

“I do love my cousin Lexi so much and I have a soft spot for her,” Lauren started in her part one video. “We were her siblings.”
Lexi’s mom Dina married Tommy, who is brothers with Albert Manzo, in 2007. They separated five years later and divorced four years after that. Currently, Tommy is incarcerated after he hired and assisted mobster to “assault” Dina’s current husband, David Cantin.
Lexi recently went on Gia Giudice’s podcast recently and claimed that when Dina and Tommy split, he threw them out of their house and kept all their things. When he went to prison, Lexi shared she reached out to Lauren for help recovering these things. But according to her, they didn’t do enough to help.
The resulting backlash made Lauren speak out. In her TikTok videos, she claimed that she called Tommy for Lexi after he went to jail. She explained that they “did not have a relationship with him prior to his arrest” beyond the letter of character support Caroline wrote. She also said she agreed to help Lexi recover her things.
Lauren shared that she wasn’t allowed in the home by the “not good people” who controlled it. But they had a garage sale and she and Caroline went to the sale willing to “buy everything.” Lauren shared they were met with a lot of resistance. Lauren said they were not welcome and they “burned bridges” trying to help Lexi.
“I stand by burning those bridges,” Lauren said. “I’m still upset. It kills me that we let her (Lexi) down.” Hear the whole story in Part 1 and Part 2 on Lexi’s TikTok.
