Alexis Bellino will have a very busy summer. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum will marry the love of her life, John Janssen. She’s also moving. Surely, there is a correlation between the two, but she’s not giving an explanation. However, details about the house and its asking price are fair game.
Alexis returned to RHOC for Season 18 as a friend of the cast. The real point of interest ended up being her relationship with John, who previously dated another cast member. Alexis will not return for the next season. And after denying a recent rumor that she and her fiancé had broken up, the listing of her long-time home seems to indicate that the wedding is moving ahead.
Alexis Bellino is looking to make some money on her home
Alexis teased “more changes” in April. She wasn’t just talking about the stunning new haircut that she debuted at the time. The home Alexis bought when she was separating from Jim Bellino is up for sale. The deed has her name on it, despite it being acquired before the divorce was finalized. And she’s set to make a profit of about $1.65 million, with the asking price at $2.95 million.
The San Juan Capistrano property is located in Marbella Country Club. It has four-bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. It boasts 3,952 square feet, cathedral ceilings, and an in-law floor plan. There’s a three-car garage and wine cellar.
The new owner will get to enjoy a heated in-ground pool and spa. The outdoor seating space has a fireplace and a built-in bar. Within the guard-gated community, there is access to a golf course and tennis courts.
It can be safely assumed that Alexis and John plan to move in together after they wed. The couple got engaged in August 2024.
