Thanks to Scheana Shay’s memoir, My Good Side, we’ve got a full list of Hollywood names that she supposedly hooked up with over the years. From actors to athletes, it’s an impressive roster. One of the names was actor Jesse Metcalfe. They dated in 2007, right around the time he starred in Desperate Housewives and John Tucker Must Die.
While some guys probably didn’t appreciate being outed as one of Scheana’s former lovers, Jesse is taking it in stride. He recently shared his thoughts on the book during an episode of Tori Spelling’s Mispelling podcast.

In Scheana’s memoir, she detailed her early aughts romance with Jesse. She didn’t say anything too incriminating, but she shared how their relationship slowly “faded out.”
“Overall, Jesse and I had a great time together,” Scheana wrote. “We would order in dinner with his parents at his house, and — when we were alone — he would play me the guitar and serenade me with songs like Hey There Delilah. It felt like I was living a real-life fantasy with this guy I’d watched on TV and in movies for years.”
On Mispelling, Jesse said that he was aware of the book. Luckily, he’s being a good sport about all of it.
“She spoke highly of me, which was nice,” Jesse said, before acknowledging how long it had been since they dated.
“[It was a] long time ago, 20 years ago. We were dating. I mean, it was — overall — it was pretty brief, but we were seeing each other on a regular basis,” he recalled.
These days, Jesse is dating a woman named Helene Immel. During the podcast, he jokingly said he tried to keep the book away from her. However, if she did read the book, she’d learn that Jesee was one of about a dozen names.
She wrote, “Jesse Metcalfe, Eddie Cibrian, John Mayer, Shemar Moore, Josh Hopkins, Shane West, Jesse McCartney, JC Chasez, Adrian Grenier, Ricardo Chavira, William Tell, two actors from ‘The Notebook,’ and a few NFL, NBA, and MLB players, to name a few.”
