Scheana Shay recently revealed that her husband, Brock Davies, cheated on her during her pregnancy with their daughter. His affair broke her heart. Yet it never broke the airwaves on Vanderpump Rules, as Scheana decided to keep his dalliances quiet until a better time arose, like now, when her memoir, which mentions it all, is ready to hit the shelves. Since Scheana is now speaking up, so is Brock, who thankfully admits that he is the sole problem with this scandalous storyline.
Brock Davies apologized to Scheana Shay on her podcast
During a recent episode of the Scheananigans podcast, Brock joined his wife on her platform as her guest to speak up about his infidelity. His affair is now public knowledge, since Scheana detailed it in her memoir, My Good Side. According to Brock, his actions were wrong. Regardless, fear is also partly to blame, he explained.
“I just didn’t know how to handle [becoming a dad again]. I didn’t know how to handle that at all. Inherently, I always deflected to the worst version of myself,” Brock expressed, noting, “I was scared of being a parent again. I believed what I read. I believed I was a bad dad.”
Here, Scheana jumped in, suggesting that Brock was “self-sabotaging” amid his alienation with his older children, Winter and Eli. They both live with his ex-wife back in Australia. “That in itself was just an example of me just deflecting and being that version of myself, right?” Brock replied.
Then, Brock apologized to Scheana before asking their fans to come for his neck, not hers. “Honestly, f*ck you guys for coming at my wife like that. I’m the one who betrayed her, and you’re going to judge her? I have a problem with that because, reality is, I’m the problem here. She’s just telling her story, and you guys want to hear her story.”
