According to insiders, Scheana Shay will be returning to The Valley for Season 3. The report indicates that she will also be given a larger cast role. The rumor comes on the heels of Scheana’s public revelation that her husband had an affair.
Perhaps it makes sense then, that producers would want to give the Vanderpump Rules alum a platform to share the emotional fallout from Brock Davies’ trysts. This regardless of the fact that the couple admittedly worked through the betrayal years ago. Scheana exposed it all in her new book My Good Side.
Did Scheana Shay revealing Brock Davies’ affair get her a spot on The Valley Season 3?
According to a report by The U.S. Sun, Scheana’s increased participation on The Valley is a “done deal.” It does help that she is friends with the cast, and is a long-time reality TV star.
“She is going to be in a larger role, and the show will explore the aftermath of her affair becoming public and other struggles within her marriage to Brock,” the insider stated.
They added, “It helps that she is already genuinely good friends with all of them and fits in naturally with the group.”
With Jax Taylor finally off the show, “producers feel it will be good to have another Vanderpump Rules bridge.” The VPR villain left the series after calls for him to be removed. His behavior towards estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright, on Season 2 was reprehensible.
“It just makes sense,” the source added. And filming for Season 3 is “getting ready to roll right now.”
The Valley executive producer, Alex Baskin, recently teased “making our plans for next season.” Presumably to include Scheana, he praised her as “really friends with that entire group.”
