The divorce between Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers just took another dramatic turn. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had the cops called on her when she went to pick up her dog from her estranged husband and his family. Paparazzi snapped photos of the cops talking to Denise, and it’s not a good look for anyone.
Denise Richards’ divorce from Aaron Phypers keeps getting uglier
A source from the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department told TMZ that they were called to the Calabasas home, where Aaron has been staying with his parents and brother. Allegedly, Denise showed up unannounced and went to the back door and started banging. She said she was there to pick up her dog.
Denise requested a restraining order against Aaron earlier this summer. They’re supposed to stay 100 yards away from each other. With that in mind, Aaron left the house when he saw Denise banging on the door.
Eventually, Aaron’s parents let Denise inside, and things escalated. She allegedly started screaming at Aaron’s elderly parents. The source alleged that Denise started swinging at Aaron’s brother and throwing mail at him.
On Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, we learned that Aaron’s brother and parents spent years living in this home while Aaron and Denise lived in a rental. That might explain why one of the sources claimed that Denise yelled at the parents and told them to leave the house.
Although Aaron felt concerned about the restraining order, and his elderly parents felt “shaken up,” the cops determined that no crimes were committed. Denise got her dog, hopped back in her silver Corvette, and went back on with her day.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
