Real Housewives of Orange County stars Heather Dubrow and her husband, Terry Dubrow, are no strangers to buying and selling luxury real estate. In fact, the couple thrives when renovating a home and then redecorating it to make it fabulous. After all, Chateau Dubrow had a champagne elevator. Ah, memories!
In 2023, Terry and Heather purchased a mansion in Beverly Hills. They had a vision for this 9,000-foot property.
“I love design. I love doing projects,” Heather previously said when speaking of this new home. Fancy Pants estimated that the home would be completed in three years. However, the couple’s plans changed.
Heather and Terry Dubrow accepted $16.5 million on the Beverly Hills home

In March 2025, Heather and Terry listed the home for sale. Since the couple only had one of their children still living with them, a five-bedroom home with nine bathrooms was just too much for the duo. Of course, the RHOC stars brought in Million Dollar Listing stars Josh Altman, Matt Altman, and Josh Flagg for the listing.
TMZ reported that the Dubrows just sold their home for $16.5 million. However, the original asking price was $25 million. The property also offered a gorgeous terrace, pool, and tennis court. A source told TMZ that the deal closed on August 11 and that the buyer lives outside of the United States. And, alas, they are not a celebrity.
In an interesting twist, the buyer was allegedly in escrow to buy the home before, but opted out of the deal. Then, Terry and Heather snapped up the luxurious property. There must be something about that mansion.
Meanwhile, the Dubrows are once again embracing penthouse living. Their apartment is located in Century City. This sale may put to rest rumors that Heather planned to jump ship and join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The Real Housewives of Orange County will air on Thursdays at 8/7c, beginning on August 14. It streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
