It’s time for your regular dose of Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers drama. Last week, they fought over a dog that may or may not have been put down without Denise’s permission. Before that, Aaron threw out a wild allegation about her having an affair.
In the latest twist, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum claimed she has video evidence of her estranged husband stealing her laptop. It sounds petty, but the potentially sensitive content on the computer makes this a pretty big accusation.
Aaron Phypers previously denied Denise Richards’ claims he took her laptop
According to TMZ, the Denise Richards & Her Wild Things stars had a court date on Friday, August 8, regarding the temporary restraining order she took out against him. In that initial filing, she claimed that Aaron stole her laptop containing nude photos and distributed the private messages to media outlets.
A judge gave Aaron 48 hours to return the laptop, but he and his lawyers just claimed he didn’t have it. That’s when Denise’s camp hit back.
In court, they said there’s video of him with the laptop, but they didn’t show the alleged video in court. There’s another hearing scheduled for September 8, so perhaps that’s when the receipts will drop.
Meanwhile, Denise has been accused of cheating on Aaron with Rudy Reyes, one of her trainers from Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. Aaron went to media outlets and shared examples of illicit photos and messages the two allegedly shared.
In addition to the request to return the laptop, a judge also ordered Aaron to refrain from distributing any further media involving Denise’s intimate body parts. Stay tuned to see what happens when they’re back in court next month. Perhaps the laptop will turn up between now and then.
