Jackie Goldschneider is standing up for Luis Ruelas in court. Her friendship with Teresa Giudice, his wife, has often been hot and cold. But now, these two are tight again. So, Jackie, a former attorney, is rechanneling her Elle Woods days, ready to stand beside Luis and Tre during his latest battle with his ex-fiancée.
When Luis made things official with Teresa, Vanessa Reiser, his ex, reached out to Jackie. Now, their interactions, which once drew an even deeper wedge between Teresa and Jackie on Real Housewives of New Jersey, are coming back to potentially bite Vanessa in her ass.

As for why Luis is fighting Vanessa in court, he claims that she violated a deal that they made in 2020. This pact states that neither party can disparage the other in public. Vanessa denies his allegations. But thanks to US Weekly, we know that Jackie has just clocked in to argue against her denial.
Jackie wrote a declaration letter “in support of [Luis’] motion for contempt against Vanessa Reiser.” In her affidavit, Jackie explained that before she met Vanessa, she “became aware that Ruelas and Reiser had a romantic relationship that ended abruptly. Following the conclusion of their relationship, [Ruelas] began dating my cast member, Teresa Giudice, which eventually led to their marriage,” which we all saw in 2022.
While Tre and Luis were dating, Jackie stated that Vanessa reached out to her. Vanessa reportedly also contacted at least one other cast member on RHONJ. In these conversations, Vanessa “frequently made negative remarks about [Luis],” Jackie penned.
“She often recounted stories about their relationship that portrayed him in a negative light.” So, based on her observations and interactions with Vanessa, Jackie believes “that her actions and statements are in direct violation of the terms of the consent order between her and [Luis].” Now, the judge has to decide what to do with this mess. Meanwhile, the cameras remain down in New Jersey.
