Currently on Below Deck Season 12, Bárbara Kulaif and Jess Theron are an item. However, their relationship has always been rocky. So, it comes as no surprise to learn that, after filming, Bárbara and Jess engaged in yet another argument that threatened to derail their romance.
Now, none of this could be possible without the efforts of Solène Favreau. Solène and Jess flirted from the jump. But, rather quickly, Jess realized that Solène was on Below Deck for a good time, not a monogamous time. So, Jess turned towards Bárbara, while her heart (meaning, the part that controls her lusty feelings) remained with Solène. And, as it turns out, once this season wrapped, this love triangle continued on this path, making Bárbara realize the truth about her Season 12 boatmance.

After the airing of Below Deck Season 12 Episode 15, Bárbara appeared on Watch What Happens Live. While gracing the stage with her gorgeous red curls framing her face, she stocially spoke about the messy love triangle involving Jess, Solène, and herself. She is no longer sugarcoating her feelings about this situation.
As Season 12 aired, we watched Jess grow conflicted about these two women. But it quickly became clear that, for her, Bárbara was her safety net, while Solène was her enticing distraction. And, unfortunately, for Bárbara, Jess was in her shiny things era during filming, so whenever Solène looked her way, Jess stood at the ready to receive her intimate propositions.
Sadly, even though they are leaving the ship as one, Jess still cheated on Bárbara with Solène post-filming. “Jess and Solène, they f*cked up with me after filming,” Barbara began on WWHL. When host Andy Cohen asked what these ladies did, Bárbara explained, “After filming, we were at the hotel in Saint Martin. And I went to Jess’s hotel room, because we were supposedly together. And we had a fight because, in my mind, [Jess and Solène] still have a thing” going on.
Not wanting to make matters worse, Bárbara went back to her solo hotel room for the night to give their relationship some space. But in the morning, she spotted a mostly naked Solène posted up with Jess. And now, these women remain divided following this incestuous season of Below Deck.
