Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers’ Messy Home Revealed in Shocking Footage

The gloves are coming off (well, they have been for a while now, honestly) in the Aaron Phypers and Denise Richards divorce. These two continue to throw accusations at one another. Now, Aaron invited reporters into their home to show them jaw-dropping footage of Denise’s alleged clothes and things that look shockingly similar to an episode of Hoarders.

This was never going to be a quiet divorce. Denise and Aaron’s relationship really flipped inside out. First, he’s helping her film her OnlyFans content with a smile, and then next he’s filing for divorce. But it didn’t stop there. He’s also accused her of cheating. Now, he’s letting everyone see the mess inside their home.

Denise Richards hasn’t lived in the house for two years

Aaron gave Inside Edition a tour of his home with Denise Richards. He claims she abandoned the home and left it in a state of disarray during their messy split.

However, according to court documents filed by The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, Denise claims she moved out of the home two years ago and blames Aaron and his family for damaging the property. Aaron previously received an eviction notice for the home after he stopped paying rent.

There is a lot of unpack there. For now, though, Aaron allowed cameras inside the $3.5 million rental property in Calabasas. What the camera caught was horrifying.

The property was full of piles of clothes, dressers and tables covered in trash, dust, stains, cardboard boxes piled up, and stuffed animals carelessly thrown around. He showed them a closet full of clothes and said, “There are hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of vintage clothing in here. It’s riddled with moths.”

He then pointed out the messy bathroom countertops with the drawers all open. “She buys makeup and keeps buying makeup, and gets more makeup.”

Aaron shared he was not at liberty to touch (or clean) the mess upstairs, as it all belongs to Denise. He, meanwhile, resides downstairs with his parents, his brother, and Denise’s 15 dogs. He said they were all Denise’s dogs and that, at one point, she had up to 36 dogs.

While Denise didn’t comment on the video footage, she did just win a court ruling allowing her to return to the home and collect her things and her dogs. Aaron must stay 100 yards away from her as she does this, reinforcing the temporary restraining order she has against him.

As it stands, both Aaron and Denise have lobbed accusations against one another, and both are seeking spousal support. It seems like more will be revealed in the coming weeks as the former couple continue to go head-to-head.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
