The cameras are allegedly back up for Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 15. Melissa Gorga has reportedly already filmed test scenes for this new season. However, as rumors continue to swirl, no one seems to know who is definitely returning and who is not. But on the latter, Melissa is now sharing an update that some viewers might not want to hear.
Melissa Gorga says Bravo is still “figuring it out” with RHONJ
When Melissa made her debut on RHONJ in Season 3, tensions between herself, her husband, and his sister, Teresa Giudice, were evident. According to Teresa, she felt blindsided by their arrival on this cast. Melissa, however, had her own grudges against her sister-in-law. And these resentments only got worse once they were starring on the same series.
As the years passed, their feud intensified. By the time Season 14 rolled into town, things grew so heated that filming became borderline impossible. You see, Teresa did not want to shoot any scenes with Melissa, which left an impossible task for their producers to sort out. During their reunion, two separate rooms even had to be assigned, leaving everyone aware that either Melissa or Teresa might have to exit to help this series rediscover its flow.
Now that rumors are sounding, stating that Melissa is currently filming test scenes for Season 15, Teresa is seemingly changing her tune. But is it too late? Will the producers allow both of these women to rejoin their heavily divided cast?
Recently, Melissa spoke with Page Six about this matter. At this time, she “cannot confirm or deny” any casting decisions or reversals. Because “The truth is, they’re figuring it out. I know you don’t want to hear this — none of us want to hear this,” she said, stressing, “I wish I had better answers for you, but they’re figuring it out.”
As for the rumors that Teresa has since changed her tune, Melissa has “heard this obviously.” But “the fact that the door is now open seems like strange timing to me.”
