The feuds of The Real Housewives of New Jersey are so confusing that there are rifts we didn’t even know existed. Jenn Fessler and Jackie Goldschneider are the perfect example. Apparently, Jackie has been harboring some big emotions towards Jenn. Who knew? It all came to the surface during this week’s Page Six Virtual Reali-Tea Awards.
Jenn Fessler is taken aback by Jackie Goldschneider’s comments
There was plenty of gossip being spilled on stage at the award show, but SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio interviewed the RHONJ ladies during the afterparty. They were joined by Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi. She claimed that she didn’t start her reality TV career to be famous, which kicked off an interesting exchange.
“I don’t care about being famous,” Jenn added, sparking an immediate reaction from Jackie.
“I’m telling you, honestly, Jenn and I, the reason we have issues sometimes is because I feel like I loved you so much and you don’t love me back the same way,” Jackie replied.
“I feel like when there’s someone more famous in the room, you gravitate towards them, and I’m not worth it to you. And that’s why we’ve grown apart, and that bothers me,” she continued.
Jenn seemed totally caught off guard, but Jackie kept going. She said that Jenn didn’t seem to “value” their friendship. It’s the type of conversation that would have been great to hear on Bravo. Unfortunately, RHONJ remains sidelined, so this is the best we’ve got.
“I’m so sad and sorry that you feel that way,” Jenn replied, adding that she didn’t agree with Jackie’s take on their friendship.
“How could I not feel that way? You don’t invest in our friendship the way that I invested in it, and that’s okay. And I had to remove myself in order to feel valued,” Jackie said. “I loved you, but you were always looking for who’s better in the room than me, and that’s okay. It’s just, it is what it is.”
