Stories circulate all the time regarding Real Housewives wanting to quit if a certain costar returns. And the latest story regarding just that scenario was about Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge. A rumor started circulating online that Tamra was “threatening to quit” if Gretchen Rossi comes back next season. But was it true? Tamra set the record straight.
Tamra Judge called the report “lies”
Gretchen returned as a Friend of for Season 19 of RHOC; however, she was not friends with Tamra. The two got into it when Tamra confronted her about a rumor she heard. Gretchen had claimed she had gone to the hospital the night of “naked wasted” because she thought Tamra had drugged her. But Gretchen noted that wasn’t true, so they had called a truce and decided to move on.
Now that truce is about to get blown up. In Season 19 Episode 11, Gretchen dropped a major bombshell about Tamra to Heather Dubrow and Emily Simpson. She said, “Well, Tamra tried to be a singer. I have the audio of her trying to sing in a studio.” Emily wondered when Tamra was in a studio. Gretchen stated, “When she banged (bleep).”
And this is when a report from The U.S. Sun came out that claimed Tamra might be thinking of leaving RHOC because of Gretchen’s comments.
A source alleged, “It’s at the point now where Tamra may have to give production an ultimatum. Because as of right now, if Gretchen comes back next season, Tamra wants nothing to do with it. She’s made that clear [with producers.]”
However, Tamra shut those claims down. She channeled her inner Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kandi Burruss in her response. Tamra wrote, “This is not true. As Kandi once said, ‘The lies, the lies, the lies!’”
