Real Housewives of Orange County alum Vicki Gunvalson presumably has a full love tank these days. Following a handful of frogs, Vicki believes that she has finally found her prince. And now, she and her man, Michael Smith, have just purchased their first castle together. And by castle, we mean a stunning home in La Quinta, California.

Vicki and Michael have been an item for over three years now. Recently, they took their relationship to the next level. Now, she and her Texas businessman are living under the same roof, which Vicki detailed on the latest episode of her live stream, My Friend My Soulmate My Podcast. As Vicki noted, she and Michael almost decided against this collab investment, but once they realized how much they stood to lose, they went all-in on this new property.
“We weren’t gonna do it,” Vicki explained. However, “Then we asked for a second appraisal, and it came back higher than what we offered, so we pulled the trigger, and it was a 14-day close,” she said. Now, Vicki is starting to oversee various updates around their new home, while Michael flies in and out from his other house, due to his job in Texas.
On her since-expired Instagram Stories, which The Daily Dish shared, Vicki explained, “Michael and I bought a house in La Quinta. It came furnished, but you know me, I can’t do black and white. I’m actually gonna keep the leather white couch, but I’m softening it up with all different shades of green. The outside is all green. It’s beautiful,” she stressed.
Even still, this house is 35 years old. So, it does need electrical work, new thermostats, and new lighting fixtures and dimmers, she noted. Happy housewarming era, Vicki!
