As if there wasn’t already enough drama in Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers’ divorce, now there’s another layer to it. A creditor is looking to collect a six-figure sum that Aaron allegedly owes, and they’re eyeing Denise’s income to help cover it. That means that her OnlyFans money and her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills paychecks could be at risk, all for a man she’s trying to leave.
Aaron Phypers’ six-figure debt needs to be paid off, and Denise Richards’ money could be used

Court documents reviewed by Us Weekly revealed that on Thursday, September 25, a collection company called Creditors Adjustment Bureau filed documents asking for permission to seize Denise’s wages to pay Aaron’s debt. They claim he owes them a whopping $228,000.
They have been chasing down this money for years at this point. It stems from a $190,000 loan Aaron took out for his wellness company, Quantum Epigenetics Consulting. In 2022, the creditors sued him, and he admitted to missing payments and blamed the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the creditors, Aaron arranged a payment agreement and paid $40,000 towards the loan. However, the payments allegedly dried up again in 2024, prompting the latest lawsuit.
In the filing, the creditors asked for the green light to go after Denise’s income because she’s married to Aaron. They said there’s plenty of evidence that the household has the money to cover this, specifically citing her paychecks from NBCUniversal, which would include RHOBH and Denise Richards & her Wild Things.
The creditors cited Denise’s prolific work on OnlyFans, which we know has been lucrative for her. Additionally, they referenced her brief stint on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, which is ironic considering Aaron accused her of having an affair with one of the drill sergeants.
The court hasn’t ruled on whether Denise’s income will pay off Aaron’s debt, but this situation marks the latest example of the financial problems stemming from their relationship. Earlier this week, insiders said Denise feared the divorce would “bleed her dry.” With that in mind, this development seems like a step in the wrong direction.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is streaming on Peacock. The show streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
