Times are tough for Aaron Phypers, and they don’t seem to be looking up anytime soon. As his divorce from Denise Richards spirals on in court, he filed a request seeking access to their joint bank account. According to him, he’s on the brink of homelessness and needs $150,000 to get out of the financial hole.
Denise doesn’t seem to care about all of that, and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star asked a judge to block the request. It’s just the latest in what’s turning into a huge financial nightmare for the estranged couple, and they’ve got their lawyers working overtime to keep things in order.
Aaron Phypers wants $150,000 from a joint account with Denise Richards

In court documents reviewed by TMZ, Aaron filed a request explaining how he needed to dip into a joint bank account he shares with Denise. He said he needed to pay $120,000 in back rent and $10,000 for attorney’s fees.
We’re not sure what the extra $20,000 was for, but Aaron made it sound like he was desperate for the money. He wrote that he and his family could wind up “evicted and homeless” without access to the funds.
According to Aaron, he’s entitled to some of the money in that bank account because most of it comes from Denise’s OnlyFans. As the man behind the lens for a lot of her content, he believes he owns the copyright.
Denise and her legal team were not buying any of this, and they asked a judge to deny his request. That wish came true, with a judge striking down the order, citing “insufficient evidence of immediate loss or damage.”
The judge told the estranged couple to continue abiding by the restraining orders they have in place. However, as part of the divorce, Aaron can still file a request for “attorney fees and or interim spousal support.” We suspect his lawyers are already on top of it.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
