Kim Zolciak of The Real Housewives of Atlanta fame is allegedly in a serious relationship. Her first since she split from Kroy Biermann. But, in true Kim fashion, it’s not without drama. The man she is seeing, Kyle Mowitz, is in the middle of a messy $100 million divorce case. Now, Kim’s getting dragged into it too.
Kim’s no stranger to divorce drama. She and Kroy have been going through their own messy separation. As for Kyle, his divorce from his estranged wife, Jillian Green, is moving forward. Now, Jillian is getting Kim involved in the couple’s divorce proceedings.

Kim was recently subpoenaed at the parking lot of her son’s high school football game by Jillian, calling on her to provide a deposition in the divorce. Jillian is requesting all pertinent information about communications between Kyle and Kim.
She also wants records of all gifts given by Kyle, expenses paid for by Kyle, or any businesses in which he is connected. The subpoena also requests information about money loaned to her or paid to her by her estranged husband.
According to TMZ, Kyle and Kim are a couple and have been dating since spring 2025 in April or May. Sources say that Kyle separated from Jillian in March, so no cheating occurred from either party. Kim and Kyle are supposedly very happy together, and the relationship is serious.
This is Kim’s first serious relationship since her tumultuous breakup from Kroy, and it looks like she’s successfully gotten back on the horse. However, sources say she still maintains her own residence, so no moving in together yet!
For now, Kyle needs to sort through his increasingly messy divorce. Both parties involved are sure to be relentless because according to Jillian, there is $100 million involved.
Kim, for her part, is trying to get the subpoena squashed. She said it was “unreasonable and oppressive” to serve her in a public space in front of her friends and children.
