Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s breakup has turned into one of the most chaotic off-screen dramas in Bravo history.
After more than a decade of marriage, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy stars filed for divorce in 2023, briefly tried to reconcile, and then ended up right back where they started, fighting it out in court. Since then, they have traded accusations, faced mounting debt, and watched their once-lavish lifestyle unravel in the public eye.
While their divorce crawls through the courts, Kim has moved on with Texas businessman Kyle Mowitz, a relationship that’s already raising eyebrows.
The new romance hasn’t gone unnoticed by her ex. Kroy, who’s still fighting for custody of their four children, is allegedly warning Kyle’s circle about what he claims they’re getting into.
Kroy Biermann claims Kim Zolciak will “drain” her new boyfriend’s money

In a deposition tied to Kyle’s ongoing divorce, Kroy reportedly reached out to his estranged wife, Jillian Green, to share his concerns. “He called me,” she testified. She said the former NFL player “was concerned for both myself and Kyle to be involved with her.”
When asked what he said, Jillian claimed Kroy warned that “financially she would drain money from Kyle.” She also testified that he described Kim as “narcissistic and had a gambling problem, wasn’t present for her children.”
Jillian said Kroy even showed her Instacart orders, which were charged to Kyle’s credit card. “He showed the Instacart orders and the credit card number,” she testified. She added that she confirmed the charges matched her husband’s account.
According to Jillian, Kroy admitted he was outside Kyle’s home the day before her deposition. “He told me that he was,” she said. She clarified that she “was not concerned for [Kyle’s] physical safety.”
She also testified that she doesn’t believe Kim caused her marriage to end. However, she said she’s long followed her public drama. “I have watched her on TV for years and just seen in many articles online that her life is filled with drama, and she’s in a very nasty divorce,” she said.
Kroy continues to pursue full custody of the couple’s four children. He claims Kim’s behavior poses “an immediate concern for the physical, emotional, and mental safety” of their kids.
Viewers in the United States can stream The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Peacock. Don’t Be Tardy is also available.
