For years, Teresa sparred with her brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa Gorga. In recent seasons, their tensions became so heated that they refused to film any scenes together. And now, this series remains on an extended pause.
However, rumors once claimed that Teresa was willing to fix this mess, seemingly to secure another season on RHONJ. But times must have changed. Because now, contract or not, Teresa is reportedly ready to make things nice with her family.

Recently, an unknown source spoke with RadarOnline.com. Teresa is not seeking peace to remain on RHONJ, this source claimed. Instead, “Several people close to Teresa said she’s been saying she just wants peace with everyone. Especially family.”
So, what changed? Well, Teresa feels “truly over the drama,” this source explained, “and it really sincerely has nothing to do with the show,” they added. “She’s at a point in her life where she just wants to have serenity. And there has been so much back and forth with Joe and Melissa over the years, she just is ready to let it go once and for all and attempt to move forward.”
“Whether or not Melissa is capable of being genuine is another thing,” they quipped. “But time will tell.” Cool shade, bro. If Teresa is being genuine, hopefully, she will scold this source.
Regardless, Melissa and Joe are ready to meet with Teresa. “I’m always going to be Team Family,” Melissa explained. “There’s no way I would ever not want that for Joe.” However, Melissa wants their reconciliation to happen off-camera, because Melissa wants it to “be authentic and real.”
