An emotional trial saw Denise Richards win a permanent restraining order against her estranged husband Aaron Phypers

On November 7, a Los Angeles Superior Court granted Denise’s request for a permanent restraining order against Aaron. Us Weekly confirmed the news, following an eye-opening series of hearings.
Per the court order, Aaron must stay 100 yards away from Denise and her work. He is forbidden from contacting her in any manner between now and November 7, 2030. Additionally, he has been told that he cannot possess any firearms.
This day has been a long time coming for Denise, who first filed for a temporary restraining order in July 2025. At the time, Aaron had just filed for divorce, and Denise accused him of being abusive.
Although Aaron has continuously denied the claims, Denise spoke in court about multiple instances of physical violence. Her claims were supported by Aaron’s cousin, who previously worked at his wellness center. Both of them said they feared for their lives.
Earlier this month, Aaron was arrested based on the claims made against him. He got charged with two felony counts of injuring a spouse and two felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat. However, he and his lawyer believe that he’ll be found innocent in all of this.
