BravoCon is the gift that keeps on giving. While rumors have been swirling about the fate of The Real Housewives of New York, rest assured, the series is moving forward. And Andy Cohen gave us a tiny sip of tea at BravoCon.
Of course, Andy previously shared that some “new” ladies would be joining RHONY, and that “a few have been determined.” However, Bravo hadn’t made any final decisions about the casting, so Andy didn’t divulge any further details. Thankfully, he shared some additional scoop at BravoCon. So, who will be clutching an apple for Season 16 of RHONY? Let the guessing games begin!
Andy Cohen confirms the RHONY cast is locked, and filming starts soon
Welp, Andy’s BravoCon announcement only went so far. “I have to say, I’m so excited. I can tell you that we have a cast for the Real Housewives of New York City, and we are going to be filming in the next few months. So, very excited about that,” Andy stated. “More to come about that.”
When asked by the audience to name the cast,” Andy replied, “Name ‘em? I can’t right now.” He added, “Sorry. Sorry.”
Of course, one of the cast members from Seasons 14 and 15, when the show was rebooted, has hinted that she is returning. “I think we need to see this through. We need to pizzazz it up a little bit,” Erin Lichy previously said. “We’re not done. I think it’s going to be more than just me and Sai [De Silva].”
RHONY alum Luann de Lesseps has an interesting theory. “I think Carole [Radziwill] is going to be announced at BravoCon, coming back to RHONY. They have only said Sai and Erin Lichy are coming back, two people,” Luann said.
The Real Housewives of New York is streaming on Peacock.
