Real Housewives of New York City

Kelly Bensimon

There’s no doubt that Kelly Bensimon was reality TV gold. However, no one has ever praised Kelly for her insights. Reading the room and behaving in accordance are not strengths of the former Real Housewives of New York cast member.

Just like many other people, Kelly posted on social media in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. However, it was mostly about Kelly, which it always seems to be with Kelly. It’s Kelly’s world and we’re all just living in it, or so she thinks.

Real Housewives Of New York Leah McSweeney

Even reality TV stars love watching reality TV shows, which makes (some of) them even more relatable to me.

Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeney is a fan of Love After Lockup and its spin-off show Life After Lockup. To say that she’s “invested,” is an understatement. She has some strong opinions about the drama between Scott Bradshaw and Lindsey Downs.

Sonja Morgan Ramona Singer Real Housewives Of New York

Production on Real Housewives of New York has shut down in response to a coronavirus diagnosis for the second time.

The first time around, a crew member contracted the virus. This time, a cast member has coronavirus.

Bethenny Frankel Bryn Hoppy Tamron Hall Show

There’s no doubt that Bethenny Frankel has made the most out of the Real Housewives of New York platform. However, she doesn’t want to be associated with the show that helped make her a household name.

During her recent interview with Tamron Hall, B wouldn’t even utter the words “Real Housewives of New York.” Instead she referred to it as “the show that I was previously on” which is some shade on its own, but she had even more to say than that.

Carole Radziwill Heather Thomson

The 2016 presidential election was central to Carole Radziwill’s storyline on Real Housewives of New York season 9.

She hosted a victory party for Hillary Clinton, which she planned before finding out the election results. Carole’s tagline even played into that election loss, with her quipping, “In the politics of friendship, I win the popular vote.”

Sonja Morgan Real Housewives Of New York

Over the years, the ladies of Real Housewives of New York have grown up a lot. Sonja Morgan went from being the ex-wife of JP Morgan Chase bank guy to an International Fashion Lifestyle Brand. Luann de Lesseps went from The Countess to Cabaret star. Ramona Singer went from being an out-of-touch narcissist to an out-of-touch, narcissistic real estate agent. In just 12 seasons!

While we have witnessed countless ups and downs, one thing remains – these women will always share Harry Dubin. Harry is like the Slade Smiley of New York City. He was once married to Aviva Drescher. Since they divorced, he and Sonja have had an on and off thing for years. During this time, Harry and Luann have also hooked up.  Most recently, Harry and Ramona were spotted making out. It’s a picture you can’t unsee. Oh, and he’s also been linked to Kelly Bensimon. Put simply, Harry is a pig RHONY staple.

Teresa Giudice Real Housewives Of New Jersey

Real Housewives of New Jersey “OG” Teresa Giudice is living her best life right now. She split from long-time husband Joe Giudice after his pesky deportation to Italy. Before that, Teresa stood by her man through infidelity rumors and a stint in jail at camp.

Teresa and Joe’s divorce was mostly completed in September, but the RHONJ stars are waiting for a court date to finalize the paperwork. Now Teresa has a new man, and she made it Instagram official.

Leah McSweeney

By now we’re probably all used to the off-camera tweaks and updates the women of Bravo fit in between seasons. I think Vicki Gunvalson has had a new face nearly every year.  Some reality stars, like Lala Kent are open about their procedures. Others, like Ramona Singerstill like to pretend their 60+ year old melanin-deficient skin just magically stopped aging somewhere along the way.

It will probably surprise no one that Leah McSweeeney of Real Housewives of New York is nothing but bluntly honest about her recent procedure.
