In September, cops arrested Robert at his father-in-law’s house for criminal trespassing. He allegedly tried to break in through a dog door. According to a report from Starcasm, his latest arrest was under similar circumstances.

Following Robert’s arrest in September, his wife, Alexiana, took out an order of protection against him. However, on November 9, he allegedly violated the order when he showed up at her parents’ house.

The police report claims that Alexiana’s 12-year-old brother called their parents and said that he saw Robert outside and heard “loud banging noises.” When Robert’s father-in-law checked the security cameras, he allegedly saw Robert kicking the mother-in-law’s Mercedes-Benz.

The parents called 911, and when the cops arrived, they said that Robert refused to follow their commands. The cops wound up chasing Robert, and things got physical, per an affidavit.

“Officers pursued and engaged the suspect, who actively resisted arrest by pulling away, kicking, and fighting with officers,” the affidavit read. “The victim reported that at one point, he observed the suspect bite one of the officers, causing the officer to yell out in pain and order the suspect to stop.”

Supposedly, things got so out of control that Robert’s father-in-law had to help the cops restrain him. They eventually placed him in handcuffs and discovered extensive property damage at the in-laws’ house. They discovered a broken window, damaged siding, and a rock thrown through the window of the mother-in-law’s Mercedes. The cops also said they have body cam footage of Robert admitting to knowingly violating the protective order.

Robert wound up getting slapped with five charges: two counts of violation of a pre-trial protective order, criminal mischief with a loss over $5,000, assault on a peace officer, and failure to stop at the command of law enforcement. They’re holding him without bail, due to the “elevated risk of committing a violent crime.”

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs on Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo, along with next-day streaming on Peacock.
