As fans prepare for Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, one star is embracing his new hobby. That’s right, Mauricio Umansky was spotted canoodling with another, much younger woman. I’m sure his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, wasn’t surprised.
After all, this seems to be a bit of a pattern for the Buying Beverly Hills star. Since his separation from Kyle after 27 years of marriage, Mauricio has been linked with a string of younger ladies, including Nikita Kahn and Klaudia K, who is a model. And Mauricio doesn’t seem to be hiding his new dalliances.

And in May, Mauricio was seen kissing another mystery woman on the street. However, recently, he was spotted being friendly with a familiar face. The Daily Mail reported that Mauricio and FBoy Island star CJ Franco were seen getting snuggly on the street following a dinner at Craigs in West Hollywood. That is the type of place where paparazzi never hang out. Just kidding!
While CJ was cuddling with Mauricio, the RHOBH star nuzzled his face against her shoulder after kissing her cheek. She smiled as she tilted her head back. It’s like a rom-com, you guys! Of course, CJ recently split from her former fiancé, director Len Wiseman.
Meanwhile, Mauricio turned to his adult and teen daughters for dating advice. Kyle and Mauricio share three daughters, while Mauricio has always had a close bond with Kyle’s daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, from a previous marriage.
Apparently, Mauricio isn’t following their advice in this arena. “The biggest advice that they give from their perspective is: ‘Dad, we want you to be happy. We want you to enjoy yourself, but be age-appropriate,” Mauricio previously explained. “They want me not to be photographed and be out there, particularly with somebody I’m just on a first date with or something.” Interesting.
Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premieres December 4 at 8/7c on Bravo, and streams on Peacock the next day.
