Shortly before BravoCon 2025, Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais had a chance encounter. And it turned out to be the first time they have spoken since filming the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14 reunion. It was widely speculated during the Los Angeles red carpet event in October that the former besties had spoken. And Sutton confirmed it during an interview at BravoCon.
Garcelle decided to walk away from RHOBH in March 2025. One of the reasons was the break-down of her friendship with Sutton. After years of having the designer’s back against their co-stars, Garcelle was look for a little reciprocity. And received none. Matters between the them have not thawed. Hopefully their small interaction will push them in the right direction now.
Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais ended things on a sour note during RHOBH Season 14
“We sure did,” Sutton told Entertainment Tonight of the interaction between herself and Garcelle. “I said hello [to Garcelle]. That was just happenstance. But, yeah, I said hi.”
The actress and producer blocked most of her former cast members after the fallout. And Sutton doesn’t quite know what do to with the situation. However, the boutique owner feels Garcelle is responsible. She told the publication, “I’ve been very sad that Garcelle and I are not besties anymore. I’ve never lost a friend… It’s been very interesting.”
The Seaseon 15 trailer indicates ongoing strife within the cast after Garcelle’s departure. In the sneak peek, Sutton’s bestie, Jennifer Tilly, can be heard saying, “that’s why Garcelle left. Because it’s always all about Sutton.”
ET also caught up with Jennifer at BravoCon and asked her to comment on Garcelle and Sutton’s issues. She thinks there is a chance for reconciliation. As it was never “a friendship for the camera.”
Jennifer added, “They’re truly good friends. Sutton hosted a baby shower for [Garcelle’s] son… they go out to dinner… They were such a good couple. I really hope that they come to terms. No one is really sure what happened. I think even Sutton is confused about what happened.”
Perhaps their small interaction will push Garcelle and Sutton to figure out how to communicate again.
