Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky shocked the Bravo-verse when they separated in 2023. While neither party has filed for divorce, it seems like the chances of a reconciliation are beyond slim. And in a preview of an upcoming RHOBH episode, Kyle called out her estranged husband for his behavior.
Meanwhile, Mauricio is living his best, PDA-filled life. He is a model for the fashion brand, ARI. And even Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Nepola called his photos for the winter campaign “really hot and sexy.” Still, Kyle has some issues with Mauricio’s recent behavior.

During the Season 15 RHOBH premiere, Kyle discussed how her estranged husband’s hobby of canoodling with much-younger women made her feel. Recently, Mauricio was spotted cuddling on a street with FBoy Island alum CJ Franco in West Hollywood. “I’m a little desensitized now, unfortunately. I just wish that he would be a little more discreet,” Kyle stated.
In a preview of an upcoming RHOBH episode shared on BravoTV, Kyle went to check out Mauricio’s leased home, located in the Hollywood Hills. “Oh, this is nice,” Kyle remarked as she entered. “This is your first time at the house,” Mauricio responded.
As a housewarming gift, Kyle brought Mauricio towels, as a funny callback to a moment when he questioned needing so many because he only “uses one.” Oof. Then, she showed him some makeup remover towels that are for their daughters, and “not for any of those skanky hos.”
Later, Kyle showed her frustration with Mauricio in a confessional. He went from his bachelor pad to leasing this house, without informing her first. Meanwhile, at his house, Mauricio asked if Kyle had been dating. She replied, “No, I’m single. You know I would not be in a situation like you, sorry to say.” Awkward!
