Denise Richards’ relationship with Aaron Phypers played out both on and off reality TV. Fans watched them together during her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, where Aaron became part of the conversation. The couple later continued sharing their lives on Denise Richards and Her Wild Things.
That visibility did not soften what followed. Denise and Aaron split after six years of marriage, and the divorce turned ugly fast. What began as routine paperwork quickly escalated. Court filings became public. Restraining orders and arrests followed.
Now, Aaron is back in court asking for spousal support and explaining why he needs it.
Aaron Phypers has a six-figure debt to pay

According to Us Weekly, Aaron filed court documents on Tuesday, December 16, laying out his finances in hopes of spousal support from Denise. The filing lists steep monthly expenses and an enormous amount of debt.
According to the documents, Aaron pays $15,000 per month in rent. He reported spending $4,800 on groceries and household supplies. Dining out costs another $2,000 each month. Utilities add $5,500. Auto expenses total $3,000.
Aaron also listed $1,500 for health care and $1,300 for his cell phone. Laundry and cleaning run $3,200 per month. Clothing costs were listed at $2,500. He also reported $61,000 tied to debt-related payments.
Altogether, Aaron claimed his total debt stands at $850,000.
That amount includes $180,000 owed to his landlord for back rent and repairs. He also listed $120,000 in unpaid rent tied to a former office space. A personal loan from Tom McCormack totals $230,000. Another $250,000 is owed to a company called High Velocity Admin.
Aaron reported owing $50,000 to his attorney, Michael Finely, as well as $20,000 owed to another law firm.
Aaron filed for divorce from Denise in June of this year.
