RHONY Alum Carole Radiziwill Breaks Silence on Tatiana Schlossberg’s Death

Former Real Housewives of New York star Carole Radziwill recently made amends with Andy Cohen. She even appeared at BravoCon, sparking rumors of a Bravo return. Unfortunately, Carole is now coping with the death of Tatiana Schlossberg.

Tatiana, who was President John K. Kennedy’s granddaughter, passed away on December 30, 2025. She revealed that she was diagnosed with myeloid leukemia in a heartbreaking essay published in the New York Times. She and her husband, George Moran, shared two young children. Sadly, death and tragedy are not strangers to the Kennedy family. Meanwhile, Tatiana’s passing hit Carole hard.

Carole has close ties to the Kennedy family

Carole was married to Anthony Radziwill until his untimely death in 1999 from testicular cancer. As you may remember, Anthony was the nephew of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, who was President Kennedy’s widow. In addition, Anthony was a cousin of John F. Kennedy, Jr., and also a Polish prince. Shortly after Anthony’s passing, both JFK Jr. and Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy, his wife, were killed in a plane crash. Carole detailed these losses in her memoir.

However, when Carole signed up for RHONY, she had a clause in her contract regarding the Kennedy family. Reportedly, Bravo couldn’t use her Kennedy connections to publicize the series.

In an Instagram post, Carole mourned Tatiana’s passing. “I woke up to the news that Tatiana Schlossberg passed away last night. Although I hadn’t seen her in many years, the news brought back memories. She was thirty-five. Not much younger than my late husband, Anthony when he passed away,” Carole wrote. “The arithmetic of loss never makes sense to me – who stays, who goes, and when.”

The RHONY alum continued, “Remembering the two of them together, it’s impossible not to feel how profoundly unfair it all is – how brief some lives are allowed to be, and how long the rest of us are left to remember them. My thoughts are with her family today.”

The Real Housewives of New York is streaming on Peacock.
