Another season of The Real Housewives of Potomac has come to an end, but before we raise our champagne glasses and toast to another year, we’ve got to break down all of the mess from this final part of the reunion.

When we last left off, Jassi was throwing jabs at everyone, and Ashley addressed the ongoing feedback about her mean-girl behavior. Then, they left us on a cliffhanger with Monique pulling out her phone to reveal a secret about Stacey, but what was it? In the Real Housewives of Potomac Season 10 Episode 20, “Reunion Part 3,” we finally saw Monique’s big bleeping reveal.

What happened in The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 10 Episode 20?

During the final part of the Season 10 reunion, Monique pulled out some indisputable receipts about Chris and Stacey’s connection. Plus, Karen showed up and, without missing a beat, dove right back into the petty drama with her fellow costars. The Grande Dame is officially back, and she had some words of advice for Wendy.

The lingering question around Season 10 wasn’t so much about whether or not Stacey screwed around with Chris. Ashley is the only person who cares about that.

The real mystery of Season 10 was whether or not Stacey was leaking information to Chris about Monique. We all had our theories about who was behind it. Was it Cookie? Keiarna? Was it Stacey all along? Monique tried to get us one step closer to the truth during Part 3 of the Season 10 reunion.

With a triangle firmly strapped to her back, Monique whipped out her phone and played a video that was completely bleeped out for everyone watching at home. If you thought your TV was broken when you heard that long and enduring bleep, please know that you are not alone.

The video’s content might have been censored, but the reactions from the Housewives were priceless. Everyone’s jaws were on the ground—except for Stacey’s.

After the censored clip ended, Andy asked, “Stacey, did you tell Chris that Monique was filming with her children?”

“No, I did not,” Stacey claimed.

Unfortunately for Stacey, not a single person on that stage believed her. Whoever this redacted person is, they’ve got more credibility than Stacey in the eyes of the RHOP cast.

Meanwhile, the viewers are getting the short end of the stick here because, like most of these Stacey storylines, we’re still no closer to knowing the truth. It’s all too much, and we’re exhausted by the off-camera storylines plaguing these Bravo shows. Just as Andy kept saying throughout the reunion—let’s move on.

The Grande Dame has returned

Karen made her triumphant return to the RHOP reunion stage, looking as glamorous as ever. She reclaimed her seat next to Andy, bumping Stacey down the couch to the second seat. Karen turned and asked Stacey, “Did you lie again this season?”

Unlike Karen’s post-jail sitdown with Andy, where she addressed her substance abuse problems and took accountability for her DUIs, her appearance at the reunion felt like old-school Karen. Sober or not, she is the same person and fully capable of holding court with these women.

Oh, and remember how she wanted to ditch the “Grande Dame” moniker? She’s even changed her mind on that. The nickname stays, and with it comes her lethal level of shade that we were missing this season. According to her, she’s just giving the people what they want.

Karen wanted Wendy to “shut the f*ck up”

Karen prevously said during her one on one with Andy that she had some smoke for the professor, and Andy helped them get to the bottom of it at the reunion. It turns out, they both felt betrayed at the end of Season 9, but never really had a chance to address it since Karen got carted off to a treatment center right before the reunion.

According to Karen, she felt “betrayed” by Wendy in Season 9 when she didn’t have her back in her feud with Stacey. Meanwhile, Wendy took things back even further. She said she actually felt betrayed when Karen referred to Wendy’s mom as a witch. Sure enough, some unseen footage from Season 9 showed a moment where Karen urged Wendy have her back against the rest of the ladies.

In the footage, Karen told Wendy, “When your back was against the wall, and people were attacking your mother, calling her a witch, I had your back. My question to you is why weren’t you unwavering in your support of me.”

At the reunion, Karen clarified her comments, while keeping the pressure on Wendy. More proof that the Grande Dame is back in full force.

“No disrespect to your mother. I adore your mother. I especially loved when she told you to shut the f*ck up this season,” Karen told her.

Wendy kept talking

With Karen onstage, Wendy’s legal problems were revisited. The shady producers also showed a round of previously unseen confessional interviews with the RHOP cast reacting to the news of Wendy’s arrest. The one who stood out the most was Angel.

She theorized that Wendy’s behavior this season might have been a “red herring” to distract from legal problems she knew were coming. Her BFF Keiarna agreed and suspected that she and Eddie saw the indictment coming.

That’s when things took a turn. Wendy did something that, for some reason, sent chills up the old spine. She decided to retell the entire story of her home burglarly, which prosecutors claim never happened.

And Wendy didn’t just briefly touch on it. She shared a highly detailed account of everything that supposedly went down, all to prove a point to her castmates about how blindsided she felt about the arrest.

Karen couldn’t believe her ears, and honestly? Same. Why on earth would she get on TV and talk so much about this? Has she not learned anything from the felonious Housewives that came before her? Karen told her she needed to stop talking. Now.

In response, Wendy said that legal team was well aware of the line of questioning that would be coming her way at the reunion, and they were okay with her saying all of this. Either way, we really wish she’d heed Karen’s warning.

What’s next for The Real Housewives of Potomac?

The Season 10 RHOP reunion ended with the cast reflecting on the lessons they learned from this journey. It tees up what might be coming down the pipeline in Season 11, assuming Bravo brings them back for another round.

For starters, Gizelle learned that she needs a storyline. They didn’t give her a package at the reunion because she showed us nothing for another year. Pushed to the second seat and having no package at the ruenion is not a good look for an OG, but she told Andy that next year, she wants to work on “embracing” the different dynamics in the group. We’ll see.

Meanwhile, Stacey said she didn’t want to change anything moving forward, except for maybe being more direct with the ladies. She’s down to give us another season of confusing the hell out of these women, while leaving the world mystified by how she gets away with it.

“I want to stay exactly the way that I am,” Stacey declared.

Of course, Wendy had the most to say while reflecting on the season and what’s next for her. Whether or not she will even return to RHOP is up in the air, but either way, she told Andy that she’s had a lot of support from the women in the group.

“When you need these women the most, they know how to rise to the occasion,” Wendy said before turning to Ashley. “And that does include you, old bunion feet, Ashley.”

All shade aside, even Ashley admitted that she could be more “sisterly” and less petty moving forward. There was progress across the board, and RHOP’s landmark season ended on a somewhat positive note, considering Wendy’s terrifyingly uncertain future.

The Real Housewives of Potomac is streaming on Peacock.
