Even amid all the hate he flung at them, Victoria and David Beckham are showering their eldest son with love. This comes over a month after Brooklyn had trashed the two, claiming they have consistently tried to ruin his life. He has since become estranged from his parents and his siblings.
Both David and Victoria shared photos of Brooklyn as a youngster while wishing him a happy birthday. Nicola Peltz’s husband turns 27 today.
Could the Beckham family feud be simmering down?
They may not be on speaking terms, but Victoria and David haven’t forgotten about this special day. On Wednesday, Victoria posted a pair of photos on her Instagram story with Brooklyn as a youngster. One by the pool with him, her and David said, “Happy birthday, Brooklyn, we love you so much.” For his part, David posted two himself, including the same pool photo, writing “27 today” and adding a teary-eyed emoji.
The messages of love will be somewhat surprising given how their son blasted them online. Among the most talked about accusations Brooklyn flung was his mom’s alleged “inappropriate dancing,” which supposedly happened at his wedding. Those allegations were said to have happened on his wedding night when the former Spice Girl reportedly hijacked his first dance with Nicola.
Last November, it was reported that David and Victoria were keen to resolve this matter with Brooklyn. While the messages today suggest they want to move forward, Brooklyn didn’t get any birthday posts online from his siblings. Last year, Brooklyn and his wife unfollowed Cruz and Romeo on Instagram.
Despite the accusations against her at his wedding, Victoria has called it a beautiful moment and is said to look back on it fondly. David turned 50 in May and held a big birthday celebration to mark the milestone. Neither Brooklyn nor his wife attended the festivities.
