RHOBH’s Dorit Kemsley Facing $6.5 Million Mansion Foreclosure Over Huge Debt

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley has been facing financial issues for a long time. Most recently since her split from husband Paul “PK” Kemsley. Now, there is news circulating that Dorit may be facing a pre-foreclosure on her house after racking up huge debt.

Dorit has been having issues with finances since she filed for divorce from PK. Initially, he had promised her that the finances would stay the same between them. However, things got ugly. And she eventually PK changed his mind. According to Dorit, he is using finances against her and leaving her to pay for things he has decided to stop covering. And now it looks like their home might on the line.

According to RadarOnline, the RHOBH star’s estranged husband, PK, purchased their Encino mansion for $6.475M in August 2019. The home is massive with six bedrooms and seven baths. The outlet said the PK used a startling number of unconventional lenders.

Now, two of the lenders filed a default notice on January 21, namely Tanka LLC and Private Money Solutions. These lenders provided $600,000 and $150,000, respectively. That capital plus interest is still allegedly outstanding, totalling $842,376.

This loan was taken out in 2022, and according to the filed documents Dorit hasn’t made a repayment since September 2025. Dorit must make the missing payments, or she could risk losing the home to non-judicial foreclosure. This means the lender may foreclose on the property without having to go to court. This is a common practice in California.

In December 2025, there was another default notice filed by Prime Recon LLC. They owe this lender a mortgage amounting to over $5M plus $294,321 in missed payments and penalties from April to December of the same year. It is unclear if this has been paid.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams the next day on Peacock.

TELL US – DO YOU THINK PK SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THE HOME FINANCES SINCE HE MADE THE PURCHASE? OR SHOULD HE AND DORIT LIQUIDATE AND FINALLY DISCUSS FINANCES MOVING FORWARD?
