Summer House star Kyle Cooke is sharing his thoughts on the rumor that Amanda Batula and West Wilson are hooking up. On March 6, celebrity gossip account Deux Moi posted the rumor on Instagram, saying they received a tip that Amanda and West are “casually” hooking up. Kyle addressed the tip in the Tuesday, March 10 episode of Watch What Happens Live.
Kyle Cooke called the rumor “outrageous”
In the Tuesday episode, Kyle said he doesn’t believe that Amanda and West are involved.
“I kind of thought it was outrageous,” he said, referencing the rumor. “For it to go as long as it has in the in the news cycle is kind of shocking. But no, I don’t think there’s any merit to it.”
He noted that the romance would affect more than just him among the Summer House cast.
“It would certainly catch me by surprise and feel a little reckless,” he said. “I think I’d probably be the last person people would be worried about. I think Ciara [Miller] would probably have something to say.”
Amanda and West have not publicly responded to the rumor. However, Amanda recently shared she has no interest in a Summer House relationship.
“I’m not touching any of my cast members,” she said on the March 9 episode of the Trading Secrets podcast. “Love them dearly, but I’m good.”
During his appearance on WWHL, Kyle also addressed the rumor that he is dating Next Gen NYC star Ava Dash. Fans recently spotted the two holding hands, sending the internet into a frenzy.
“No, we were at a a a family dinner doing a family blessing holding hands,” he clarified. “It was just a random drinking day in New York.”
