It looks like Ralph Pittman is finally coming out of that basement. A judge just issued a surprising ruling in the custody battle between him and Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora. It’s not good for her—at all. The judge awarded Ralph primary custody of their kids, and apparently, he’s also getting the house.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star must vacate their Georgia home

For years, RHOA fans have been following Drew and Ralph’s contentious divorce, which resulted in him living in the basement of their family home. Drew originally had primary custody of their two kids. He was allowed to occasionally come upstairs and visit.
According to new court documents reviewed by TMZ, things have just shifted in a major way. At a recent hearing, Ralph was awarded primary physical custody of the kids during the school year. Starting in August, Drew will have parenting time on alternating weekends. They’ll continue sharing joint legal custody.
The change in the custodial agreement came after claims were made about Drew’s children. They were reported to have had excessive absences from school while they were under her care.
This latest court filing also revealed that Drew has been ordered to vacate their Georgia home by May 31. The judge said that due to the “current financial circumstances of the parties,” they would need to continue splitting expenses until the move-out date. However, Ralph previously claimed that Drew hadn’t been contributing to the household bills.
Although these appear to be two major blows for Drew, her rep said in a statement that they’re still actively fighting in court. Their divorce hasn’t actually been finalized.
Drew’s rep said, “This matter is still being actively litigated, and is in the middle of the final trial. The Second Temporary Order is, in fact, temporary, and does not reflect the final outcome of the case.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs new episodes on Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo. It’s streaming on Peacock.
