Even though they are officially divorced, Todd Nepola is still taking care of his ex-wife Alexia Nepola. They do have something of an off-and-on relationship, after all.
In addition to the gifts and the trips together, now Todd has bought his ex a $5.25 million home. He reportedly just purchased a villa at the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach for Alexia.
Of course, this could just mean he helped with the sale…
Alexia Nepola seems set to move into the Miami villa

The 4,185-square-foot, three-bedroom villa sits on the development’s largest interior lot, according to the New York Post. Designed by Piero Lissoni, the home comes with floor-to-ceiling glass and a kitchen loaded with high-end appliances. Also included are smart-home technology, private marina access and full Ritz-Carlton service.
The news comes just months after Todd dropped his $11 million suit against Bravo, NBCUniversal Media and RHOM producers. His main grievance was that he was not only depicted as being financially irresponsible, but also as a villain.
“RHOM has continued to intentionally and maliciously air defamatory statements about Mr. Nepola,” the suit read. Furthermore, Todd felt the show intended to “damage his reputation in the Miami business community.”
Todd and Alexia were together for seven years. However, they had barely returned from their honeymoon, when Todd moved out. He filed for divorce in April 2024, and it was finalized in March 2025.
But in the meantime, Bravo documented their messy relationship. RHOM fans saw all the breakups, the reconciliations, while fans marveled that Alexia admitted to still sleeping with him the entire time.
Finally, Todd objected to Bravo’s portrayal of their relationship. According to him, the show “crossed the line between entertainment and defamation.” Accusing producers of “gaslighting,” Todd was furious when production implied he neglected Alexia’s 28-year-old son. Her son Frankie Rosello has a traumatic brain injury from a car accident when he was 13.
“The second you dared portray me as someone who doesn’t care about my stepson,” Todd said, “you revealed who you really are.”
“Mr. Nepola wanted to be Alexia’s husband, not her storyline,” the suit said.
The Real Housewives of Miami is streaming on Peacock.
