Dino Guilmette, who is known for being a friend of Real Housewives of Rhode Island star Liz McGraw, is reportedly facing life in prison over alleged drug-related charges, which include smuggling kilograms of cocaine into the US from the Caribbean.
Dino Guilmette is charged with “dealing cocaine”
According to court records obtained by The Sun, Dino has been hit with seven felony charges. These relate to an incident from November 2021. He and another individual, whose identity is anonymous, “were believed to be smuggling kilograms of cocaine into the State of Rhode Island from an unknown Caribbean island.”
Dino is also alleged to have been “selling large quantities of cocaine, believed to be in kilogram quantities.” As such, the 47-year-old has been charged with possessing a controlled substance with intent to distribute, drug conspiracy, perjury, conspiracy, obtaining property by false pretense, and giving a false document to an agent.
Dino has a hearing in June, and is facing a possible sentence of life in prison.
Previously speaking on RHORI about her friendship with Dino, Liz acknowledged that the pair have been accused of having an affair. “We can pretend [it’s true] because it makes a great story, but no,” the dispensary owner said.
“When Gerry wasn’t here, I was always with Dino,” she added of how her husband was often away on fishing trips. “I know people say, ‘They had this affair.’ It’s all bullsh*t.”
Beyond Liz, Dino also has ties to another cast member on RHORI. He is understood to have hooked up with Kelsey Swanson about a decade ago.
