Meghan Markle tells Prince Harry she ‘can’t do it all,’ amid alleged financial woes, per source
Meghan Markle has allegedly given Prince Harry a warning amid rumors of financial trouble. A source told Closer that the 44-year-old has been “basically the breadwinner” for the family. Hence, she has reportedly given her husband a five-word ultimatum: “I can’t do it all.”
According to the outlet, Harry has seemingly inherited around $20 million in total from his late mother, Princess Diana, and grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. The amount has reportedly been “heavily invested.” “He refuses to dip into it and says it’s for their eventual old age and to help their kids get a start in life with a good education and all of that,” the insider said.
Meanwhile, the Sussexes have a lot of expenses, including their lifestyle, travel, and the care of their $12.6 million estate. Harry seemed focused on his “philanthropic endeavors,” while Markle had to “shoulder the weight” of managing the bills.
“The pressure on her right now is immense; you’d think Harry would want to kick it into high gear and help out, but that doesn’t appear to be the case,” a source claimed. As per them, the “Suits” alum has been “putting on a brave face” despite a “few sleepless nights.”
Earlier, a report suggested that Markle and Harry could allegedly not afford a divorce. Allegedly, they are “worth a lot more together than apart.”
