Summer House’s Kyle Cooke says he changed his demeanor in the remaining Season 10 reunion episodes. Part 1 aired May 26, and the second installation is Tuesday, June 2.
Viewers witnessed much drama on last Tuesday’s Bravo show, as Kyle and the cast faced off against his estranged wife, Amanda Batula, and her new beau and his former friend, West Wilson.
The reality TV star warns fans to “buckle up”
According to Us Weekly, Kyle posted on a fan’s TikTok, “Buckle the f*ck up,” he said with a drink in his hand at a New York City bar. “I actually might find my voice.”
Fellow cast member Lindsay Hubbard predicted Amanda and West’s relationship wouldn’t last, but West’s ex and Amanda’s former friend, Ciara Miller, disagreed. “Someone who’s not going to check him on anything. That’s totally Amanda,” she said. “She’s very mute. She’s going to be that weak figure that he needs, and he can always be the star in the relationship. I actually think maybe it could work.”
This is when Kyle said to Ciara, “That was a little harsh.” She replied, “That’s your wife. She’s not my wife.”
Kyle and Amanda, who have been married for four years, announced their separation via Instagram in January. “We share this with a heavy heart and kindly ask for your grace and support while we focus on our personal growth and healing,” they wrote. “It feels ironic to ask for privacy during this time. Since we’ve always tried to be open and honest about our relationship, but your kindness and respect will go a long way as we try to navigate our next chapter.”
In a March statement, Amanda and West confirmed they are now dating. “We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity,” they wrote in a statement. “Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it.”
The second part of the Summer House reunion airs this Tuesday on Bravo at 8 p.m. ET.
