Erika Jayne of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is getting her legal ducks in a row. It looks like she’s working her way through lawsuits. She tackled the biggest one first, and now she’s dealing with a lawsuit filed against her by a fashion designer in 2023. Erika’s firing back at claims that she lied to the US Secret Service about the designer misusing her credit card.
Erika Jayne lawsuit involves $18 million claim over credit card allegations

We’ve said it before; it’s expensive to be Erika Jayne. While most Housewives have faced financial issues, Erika has faced particularly serious ones. Back in May, the RHOBH star settled the $25 million lawsuit filed against her in 2021. The suit alleged that she should also be on the hook for the ill-gotten money that her estranged husband Tom Girardi funneled through her various business ventures.
Erika has always maintained her innocence. She settled the case before the trial, although neither party revealed the settlement details.
Now, TMZ has reported that she’s turned her attention to another lawsuit. This $18 million suit claims that Erika conspired with the Secret Service against Marco Marco fashion designer Chris Psaila.
The designer alleges that Erika told law enforcement that he misused her credit card to the tune of an $800,000 debt back in 2015-2016. Chris claims that the accusations caused emotional distress and damaged his reputation and business.
Erika also denies any wrongdoing here. She said she never knowingly lied to the Secret Service. She only raised concerns about potential charges with investigators after she claimed that Chris failed to provide receipts for purchases he made on her credit card. Her attorney added that Chris’ claims were without merit and that the notion that “Erika controlled the U.S. Government is fantasy.”
Erika is asking for the case to be thrown out.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is streaming on Peacock.
