The attorney acknowledged that Bart appeared in the picture with the woman. However, he insisted she was not Katie McCormick, whom users had attempted to connect romantically with Bart and Nolan.
Latino said Bart had never dated McCormick and did not know her before Nolan’s death. The attorney also strongly denied suggestions that Bart killed Nolan or contributed to his death. He described the claims as “wholly fabricated” and said the family planned to pursue legal action against people spreading them.
