The questions about Jax Taylor and Lori Krebs have been floating around for a while now. Since his split from Brittany Cartwright, fans of The Valley have watched rumors about the pair’s relationship pick up steam, especially after photos of them together in Mexico surfaced.
Now, a simple Instagram reply from Jax seems to have answered them. It left little room for interpretation.
Jax Taylor and Lori Krebs’ relationship timeline after Brittany Cartwright split
Earlier this week, Jax appeared to confirm his relationship with Lori with a simple reply on Instagram. After sharing a photo of himself sitting shirtless in a pool on July 29, one fan commented, “Surprised you haven’t got your own show yet … Or the next bachelor lol.”
Jax quickly shut down that idea. He replied, “No thanks I am taken. ❤️”
His response came just weeks after it was reported that Jax was dating Lori. The report followed the publication of photos showing the pair vacationing together in Mexico.
Rumors swirled that the relationship had developed over the past few months. One insider said Brittany wasn’t blindsided by the romance.
For years, Lori had also worked as Brittany’s publicist until the Mexico photos surfaced, adding another wrinkle to the situation.
A source said, “Brittany had her suspicions for years but always trusted that Lori had her best interest at heart and believed she wouldn’t do such a thing. There were rumors about them for years and Brittany always brushed them off.”
Jax’s apparent relationship confirmation comes a few months after he and Brittany finalized their divorce and custody agreement for their five-year-old son, Cruz. They now share joint legal and physical custody. Jax gets Cruz every other weekend and on Wednesday nights. Brittany has him the rest of the week.
Producers will reportedly include Jax and Lori’s relationship in the upcoming season of The Valley, even though Jax is no longer on the cast. After the photos dropped, Bravo reportedly resumed filming to capture Brittany’s reaction and the fallout among the rest of the cast.
The Valley airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. New episodes stream on Peacock the next day.
