Although Jax Taylor is no longer a cast member on The Valley, his latest romance is about to become a storyline.
As you probably know, Jax was recently spotted in Mexico getting cozy with a woman named Lori Krebs. She’s the publicist that he and ex-wife Brittany Cartwright employed for years. It’s a messy situation, and apparently, it’s just messy enough for Bravo to pick up cameras.
Bravo resumed filming after photos of Jax Taylor with Brittany Cartwright’s former publicist sparked new fallout
The photos of Jax and Lori crashed on our timelines on Monday, July 13. Within 48 hours of those photos going public, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed that Bravo had resumed production on Season 3 of The Valley.
Bravo producers likely see this as significant enough to pick up cameras because rumors about Jax and Lori have been circulating for years. In September 2024, a blind item made the rounds claiming the two hooked up in a bathroom during a work trip to Canada.
At the time, Brit denied the rumors and saluted Lori as an “amazing publicist.” Now, there’s no denying those pictures of the two of them cozied up in Mexico. Eyewitnesses said they “weren’t trying to hide they were together.”
After the photos went public, Brittany promptly fired Lori. Meanwhile, Bravo called up a camera crew to get her reaction to the mess. It’s very similar to when Scandoval broke on Vanderpump Rules, and producers rushed to capture the aftermath, or when West Wilson and Amanda Batula’s romance went viral, prompting a last-minute bonus episode on Summer House.
In this instance, though, we’re only going to get one side of the story. Jax is not a cast member on The Valley, and nothing about that has changed. He’s not filming these extra scenes for Season 3. This is Brittney’s moment.
In the meantime, there are rumblings from Jax’s side about why he decided to launch a romance with his and his ex-wife’s longtime publicist. Rumor has it that they bonded over having autistic children.
