“House of Stassi” is set to show more of the conflict between Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark.
Producers have also hinted that the famous Season 1 clash may well spill into the next season.
Producers say Season 2 will continue exploring Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark’s relationship
Speaking to Us on whether they have regrets about Season, executive producers answered in the negative. Renata Lombardo explained that though they personally have no regrets, the cast may think differently. However, she also said that the cast members were aware of what they were signing in for.
Lombardo also expects the show to go back to the same strain of showing conflict between Stassi Schroeder and husband Beau Clark. She said that the show is a real-time capture of moments. She clarified that the reality may have changed by the time the episodes air.
Lombardo added, “I’m sure in a perfect world, Stassi doesn’t want to have another fight with her husband on camera, but you know what? Husbands and wives fight sometimes. So probably they’re going to have another interaction like that again for season 2.”
Marker said that when a scene ends, there’s always a ‘what’s next’ question. He revealed that producers are always on the ground talking to cast members. They are engaged in “managing feelings in real time”. Marker continued, “Everything happened organically and in a real way, but it never got to a point where it felt like it went too far for anybody.”
One of the biggest storylines in Season 1 centered on Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark’s marriage. The couple clashed over parenting responsibilities, household expectations and work-life balance. Several arguments were captured on camera as they adjusted to life with two young children and Beau’s role as a stay-at-home dad.
