Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reportedly not been able to “fix” their finances. A source told New Idea that their Montecito home seemed to play a big part in their financial situation. Reportedly, the couple has been worried about “money dominating [their] Montecito” property. “It’s falling apart,” the insider claimed.
According to them, Markle and Harry have allegedly been “considering refinancing their home.” It was said that they could “barely afford” property taxes every year. Furthermore, they have to shoulder higher costs of the estate, including mortgage payments, staff, security, and property maintenance.
Meanwhile, the reported money crisis has allegedly caused trouble in their marriage. “It’s a low point in their marriage and, while they’re highly unlikely to pull the trigger and divorce, the fact remains that they couldn’t afford to split, even if they wanted to,” the source claimed.
