Jasmine Müller has addressed persistent speculation about her relationship with fellow Love Island contestant Lorenzo. Fans have continued discussing their villa connection despite Lorenzo leaving the show with Julia. Jasmine said the rumors do not reflect what she experienced during the series.

Speaking on the NewlyParents podcast, Jasmine reflected on her time with Lorenzo. She suggested producers may have introduced him hoping they would form a romantic connection. However, she said that possibility never fully developed. Jasmine explained something always felt missing between them.
She recalled coupling up with Lorenzo shortly after his arrival. Even so, she said her feeling quickly settled into friendship. Jasmine added that meeting Kavan confirmed her feelings. She said she never looked back after recognizing that connection.
Jasmine also addressed viewers who interpreted her playful behavior as flirting. She explained that being lighthearted and teasing came naturally to her. According to Jasmine, those interactions never carried romantic meaning. She stressed she could not speak for Lorenzo’s feelings, only her own.
Jasmine also discussed the rumors during an interview with Radio Times. She described the continued speculation as “jarring” and “so frustrating.” She added that the online narrative had also been unfair to Kavan. Jasmine said fans were projecting their own expectations onto the relationship.
She explained that viewers experienced an edited television program. The Islanders, however, lived those moments firsthand inside the villa. Jasmine said her real focus remained on Kavan throughout that period. She hoped fans would eventually accept that reality.
Neither Lorenzo nor Julia has publicly addressed those claims. Jasmine’s latest comments, however, made her own position unmistakably clear.
Although fans’ theories continue circulating online, Jasmine maintained there was never a romantic relationship from her perspective. She said she valued Lorenzo as a friend but wanted people to stop questioning her commitment to Kavan.
