Leah Remini may finally be getting her diamond. The actress has reportedly joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as the franchise prepares for another cast shake-up. The move would bring a familiar Hollywood face into the Real Housewives world. It also comes years after Remini first faced speculation about joining the Beverly Hills cast.
Leah Remini has reportedly signed on as a full-time cast member for RHOBH Season 16
Production sources told TMZ that Remini recently signed on as a full-time Housewife for Season 16. The outlet described her addition as one of Bravo’s biggest celebrity castings yet.
However, Bravo has not officially announced Remini’s casting. TMZ also said representatives for Remini and the network had not responded to requests for comment.
Remini is best known for playing Carrie Heffernan on The King of Queens. She later won an Emmy for her docuseries Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath.
Interestingly, this is not the first time her name has entered the RHOBH conversation. Back in 2021, reports claimed Remini was in talks to join the Beverly Hills franchise. That rumored casting never materialized.
Season 16 is already shaping up differently. Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Tracy Tutor recently confirmed that she is joining the cast.
Meanwhile, Amanda Frances will not return after one season. Producers reportedly did not ask her back.
Crystal Kung-Minkoff has also ruled out returning next season, despite speculation about a comeback. Morgan Stewart similarly denied rumors that she had joined the cast.
Bravo has not announced the complete Season 16 lineup for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
If the report holds, Remini will enter Beverly Hills with decades of television experience and a reputation for speaking her mind. That combination could make her an interesting addition when cameras start rolling.
